We have our first wedding show of the year coming up next weekend (12th to 14th February) in London, The Designer Wedding Show. It's in a great venue (in Battersea Park) and it's not as packed with people as when we head to The National Wedding Show. This does mean we don't need the full team of volunteers we need elsewhere but also means that we get to have some really great, in-depth, conversations that we often don't get to have elsewhere (as you have to keep focused on the masses pouring past!).
Being a small team we often miss having the input of lots of different points of view (dodgy 'group-think'?) and the questions and challenges we get at wedding shows really help to keep us on our toes and can often give us some really good ideas for how to change things that we do, or what next to develop.
If you're in London, and getting married soon, come and see us! It's a great show, really relaxed and personal, and we'd love your input...
